The warrior cat Clans arrive at their new home and set about exploring and fighting over the unfamiliar territory. The Clans have finally arrived in their new home, and now they must establish territories and uncover the hidden dangers of this unfamiliar world. But the threats they faced in the forest may not be as perilous as the threats they face from within -- Page [4] of cover.

Jayfeather and Lionblaze are prophesied to be two of the three cats who hold the power of the stars in their paws. Now they must wait for a sign from StarClan to tell them which of their Clanmates will complete the prophesy. Soon a StarClan warrior will visit a new ThunderClan apprentice, and the lives of the three chosen cats will be forever linked.

After the warrior cat Clans settle into their new homes, the harmony they once had disappears as the clans start fighting each other, until the day their common enemy--the badger--invades their territory.

The questing cats return to a forest devastated by the Twolegs, where they must find a way to convince their Clans to leave in search of a new home, even though they have no idea where they are going.

Firestar's grandchildren--Lionpaw, Hollypaw, and Jaypaw--progress in their training to become warrior cats and are drawn for different reasons to the mountains and the Tribe of Rushing Water.

Bluefur, a warrior of ThunderClan, struggles under the weight of a prophecy that promises her glory as Clan leader, but also spells out her ultimate demise.
