My weird school

Miss Daisy's unusual teaching methods surprise her second grade students, especially reluctant learner A.J.

A.J. and his classmates are convinced that new school librarian, Mrs. Roopy, has multiple personality disorder because she keeps pretending to be famous people.

A.J. and the other second graders do everything except play sports when they go to "fizz ed" class with their new teacher, Miss Small.

Mrs. Cooney, the school nurse, is so beautiful that A. J. has a crush on her--even though he suspects she might be an international spy!

A. J. and his friends find out what amazing things Miss Lazar, the Super Custodian at their school, can do.

As if Mondays aren't bad enough, A.J.'s bus gets a flat tire and his bus driver Mrs. Kormel gets everyone lost in the middle of nowhere.

A.J. and the other students at Ella Mentry School brave trick-or-treating at the school secretary's house, even though it is supposedly haunted.

It's Presidents' Day! And Mr. Macky, the reading specialist, actually expects A.J. and his friends to read stuff about the presidents! Not only that, but he lives in a log cabin and thinks he's Abraham Lincoln! Is he for real?

Miss Suki is a children's book author who is visiting A.J.'s school and when her pet raptor gets loose in the classroom the kids are endangered.

Tired of following the strict rules of their grumpy replacement principal, second-grader A.J. and his classmates try to find a way to bring back eccentric but lovable Principal Klutz, who was fired for bringing a wild turkey to the school's Thanksgiving Day assembly.
