General Note
Summary: In early twentieth century, Issac Cline believed he knew all there was to know about clouds and felt a hurricane could not damage his home city of Galveston, Texas. Reassured by Cline's certainty, hundreds of people gathered to marvel at the tall waves and within hours at least 6,000 were lost to a deadly storm.
